What the work involves for sales and CRM specialists

These roles use what you already know about running a pipeline. You describe how the work is really done: updating a CRM, writing an account note, qualifying a lead, handling an objection, and then grade a model doing it, which usually means pointing out the step a real rep would never skip. Live postings cover CRM and revenue operations, technical and wholesale sales, sales development, securities sales and travel booking, and several name the tools alongside B2B prospecting and objection handling. What is judged is whether your version of the interaction is one that would actually close, and whether you can explain the difference between that and the model's version in a couple of sentences. No AI experience appears in any of these roles. Remote, hourly, contract, paid at whatever rate the posting lists.

Pay is what each posting lists, in US dollars: an hourly rate, or a fixed amount per session or per task. We never estimate or convert one into the other.
