Contract Manager/ Negotiator

<p>Review contract negotiation redlines and assess whether they reflect what competent counsel would actually do. Remote, flexible, paid per task.</p>
<p><strong>Domain:</strong> Contracts & Commercial Law</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and SaaS agreements, or similar). Hands-on contract redlining or negotiation experience is required; a law degree is not required if you have direct, hands-on redlining and negotiation experience.</p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree or higher.</p>
<p>In this role, you'll review contract negotiation turns and reference redlines, and assess whether the redline reflects what a competent counsel would actually do: the right issues flagged, the right positions taken, and edits made surgically.</p>
