Construction Expert

This is a remote, project based role for construction professionals with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. You will complete tasks spanning construction planning, document review, field problem solving, and technical evaluation across a variety of project types and disciplines. Work is over the next 2 to 3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project by project basis, with an expected commitment of 10 to 20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of professional experience as a construction engineer, project engineer, field engineer, or similar role in a full time or equivalent position
Strong working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Demonstrated ability to independently assess and resolve technical questions on active projects
Solid understanding of construction fundamentals including sequencing, scheduling, materials, and building codes
Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across multiple project types, such as commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure
Familiarity with standards and codes such as IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, or OSHA requirements
Exposure to construction management software and workflows (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar)
Background in both office and field roles, or experience coordinating across trades and disciplines
