The work is reading what a model produced against a standard that already exists: whether a code is supportable from the note, whether a safety report meets ICH requirements, whether a clinical document says what the source data says. Several postings name the guidelines directly, which tells you the grading is against a rulebook rather than an opinion. Listed skills include medical coding, coding auditing, MedDRA, signal management, causality assessment and clinical documentation review. What is screened is whether you can cite the rule you applied, not just reach the same conclusion. Remote, hourly contract work, paid at whatever rate each posting lists.
