micro1 is engaging Visual Creative Experts to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on curation and evaluation of aesthetic visual content. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for visually discerning individuals to influence AI models by selecting and critiquing images for their artistic quality, originality, and visual impact.

Scope of Work

1. Review curated collections of filtered aesthetic images and assess each for superior visual quality and creative value.
2. Apply advanced judgment to select images demonstrating exceptional composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
3. Document and articulate the reasoning behind your selections and critiques using clear written feedback.
4. Collaborate with project trainers and other visual specialists to calibrate and align on quality standards.
5. Maintain consistency and high standards when evaluating diverse visual genres and formats.
6. Stay responsive to evolving guidelines and project requirements as the visual data selection process adapts.
7. Contribute to the development of robust, diverse datasets that reflect refined aesthetic sensibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Demonstrated expertise in evaluating or creating visual work — such as photography, art direction, graphic/brand design, illustration, or curation.
2. Acute visual discernment and an ability to recognize and articulate high-quality composition, lighting, color, and originality.
3. Solid portfolio or track record of visual projects with clear evidence of taste and artistic rigor.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on providing constructive and detailed feedback.
5. Previous experience in roles requiring critical evaluation or selection of images or visual content.
6. Up-to-date awareness of visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics in design or photography.
7. Self-motivated and able to consistently meet project deliverables in a remote engagement setting.
