<p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring scrum masters as contractors to author and grade the agile delivery scenarios those evaluations run on.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p>
<ul><li>Author realistic agile delivery scenarios, from sprint planning through retrospectives</li><li>Write reference answers with the facilitation reasoning behind each intervention</li><li>Grade model output for agile soundness and team dynamics awareness</li><li>Flag advice that reads textbook correct but would harm a real team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Scrum masters with at least 2 years leading agile delivery for software teams</li><li>Facilitators who have run the full ceremony cycle from planning through retrospectives</li><li>Practitioners with depth in backlog management, impediment removal, and team coaching</li><li>Clear writers who can document the reasoning behind a facilitation decision</li></ul>
<p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p>
<ul><li><strong>$70 to $110/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.</li></ul>
