- Patient safety
AI labs need medical content checked by people who have treated patients. A model can sound confident about a diagnosis or a dosing decision and be wrong in a way only a clinician catches. That gap is the work.
This listing is a waitlist, not an open position. No project is attached to your application. Applying puts you in the network we draw from when a medical project opens. We ask for one thing: a short AI interview about your field, about 20 minutes, that you take once you have applied. We review applicants from time to time, check whether each profile fits the kind of projects we run, and reach out directly with the scope, hours and rate when there is a match. Timing depends on demand, so you may hear from us soon or only after a while, and we will not contact everyone on the list. You commit to nothing by applying.
Work varies by project. Depending on the project you might write clinical cases in your specialty and language, grade other physicians' cases against a checklist, or evaluate AI answers on diagnosis, treatment and safety. Hours, scope, specialty and rate are set per project and sent to you in writing before you start.
On a project you write realistic clinical tasks and the answer an experienced physician would give, review other experts' work against an acceptance checklist, and evaluate AI answers for clinical accuracy, safety and fit with current guidelines. Reviewers check everything, and you are paid for approved work.
Key responsibilities
- Write realistic clinical and medical-knowledge tasks with the answer an experienced physician would give
- Review other experts' work against an acceptance checklist and explain what is wrong and why
- Evaluate AI-generated medical answers for accuracy, patient safety and consistency with current guidelines
- Document your reasoning and cite the guideline or evidence behind it
- Apply reviewer feedback and revise until the work is accepted
- Work from public or fictional cases only, with no real patient information.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent)
- Fluent written English
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
- Willing to work without AI assistance where the project does not allow it
- Willing to complete a short AI interview
- No real patient information in any task
Ideal qualifications
- A medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent)
- Able to explain clinical reasoning in plain written English
- Comfortable with evidence and guideline sources.
Nice to have
- A current or previous license to practice
- Years of clinical practice
- Completed residency or specialty training, or board certification
- Research or publication experience
- Fluency in another language
- Prior work on an AI training or data platform.
What success looks like
- You apply and complete the short AI interview
- When a project matches your background we contact you with the scope, hours and rate
- You decide whether to take it, with no obligation either way
- Work you do is reviewed and you are paid for approved work.
