Job Title: Food Delivery App User Tester
Job Type: Contractor
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
- Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
- Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
- Generate queries and conduct reasoning exercises to test and enhance model understanding of user behaviors.
- Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
- Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — clarity and detail matter.
- Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
- Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile apps or digital platforms.
- Background or interest in UX, AI, or digital product feedback.
- Exposure to a variety of food delivery platforms and markets.
- Proficient in structured reasoning and capable of formulating and answering complex queries about app interactions.
