In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented specialists who excel at real-time coordination, prioritization, and clear communication under pressure. The engagement centers on accurate handling of emergency requests, leveraging your experience in multitasking, and applying standardized protocols or checklists to ensure the best possible outcome.


Scope of Work

  1. Receive and process incoming requests and incidents using multiple communication channels (e.g., radio, phone, digital platforms).
  2. Apply standardized protocols and checklists to gather information, assess situation urgency, and ensure accurate data entry.
  3. Prioritize and triage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  4. Coordinate and route requests to appropriate field resources and agencies based on established procedures.
  5. Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communications in all interactions and record-keeping.
  6. Participate in continuous protocol review and feedback processes to improve standard operating procedures and AI training datasets.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proven expertise in police dispatch, emergency communications, or similar high-stakes coordination settings (APCO/NENA certification).
  2. Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing requests without losing accuracy or composure.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially under stressful or uncertain conditions.
  4. Experience applying standardized protocols or checklists to ensure consistent and reliable request handling.
  5. Familiarity with digital communication platforms and information management systems commonly used in dispatch or emergency coordination.
  6. A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
  7. Ability to provide domain-specific insights to enhance AI model learning and evaluation.
