Role Title: Producer (Film/TV/Digital/Live)

micro1 is engaging Producers (Film/TV/Digital/Live) to contribute to a customer project focused on advancing AI evaluation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Scope of Work

  1. Design and author evaluation tasks that simulate realistic production-management scenarios, such as budget reconciliation, scheduling adjustments, and vendor or crew coordination.
  2. Source, construct, and curate authentic production artifacts, including budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
  3. Define comprehensive solutions and correct decisions based on multiple production constraints, ensuring tasks reflect genuine industry complexity.
  4. Develop multi-item rubrics (35+ criteria) to evaluate nuanced decision-making, constraint management, and reasoned judgment on production deliverables.
  5. Document processes and workflows in clear, precise written English, suitable for AI benchmarking and technical review.
  6. Collaborate with the project team to iterate on task design and ensure alignment with current industry best practices.
  7. Provide insight into real-world production challenges, ensuring tasks maintain authenticity and rigor.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated mastery in film, television, digital, or live event production with 5+ years of credited project experience.
  2. Direct responsibility for managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
  3. Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and crew under tight constraints, balancing time, cost, and resource considerations.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting production documentation and technical materials.
  5. Experience authoring or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
  6. Comfort operating independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous engagement.
  7. Strong analytical judgment and a passion for advancing realistic, high-standard industry benchmarks.


Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.


Start Timeline & Availability
